Atterburg to build a world class mediclinic facilities that will have over 100 beds and a 24-hours emergency centre in wineland community of stellenbosch, south africa.
Property Developer, Atterbury is currently constructing the US$ 27m mediclinc hospital in Stellenbosch, South Africa. The hospital is expected to be a world class facilities that will help the people of winelands community.
Speaking to reporters, Atterbury Western Cape Development Manager, Gerrit van den Berg; ”This is our first project for Mediclinic, and it is an exciting development for Atterbury. We look forward to delivering a modern, sustainable health care facility. We expect it to support Mediclinic in bringing even more of the best available care to this community,”
According to Gerrit, “As Stellenbosch is a very historic town, Atterbury has taken special care to get the relevant approvals. This include environmental, rezoning, and building plans.”
The new hospital is expected to house over 100 beds and include a 24-hour emergency centre. It will also comprise of four theatres, reception, gardens, coffee shop, and a pharmacy.
The construction which begins in may this year is expected to be completed in march 2019.
